Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Ads Mentor is the data fiduciary for the personal data described below. This policy covers adsmentor.in and the forms, popups and landing pages served on it.
When you submit any form on this site, whether that is the application form, a brochure or syllabus download, or a call-back request, we collect your name, WhatsApp number and email address, and where you choose to tell us, your current career stage. We also record which form you used and when.
Your IP address and the approximate city it maps to, browser and device type, the page or ad that referred you, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and where you clicked and scrolled.
We do not take card or bank details on this website. Fee payments are handled directly by the payment provider on its own systems, under its own policy.
Cookies and similar identifiers are loaded through a Google Tag Manager container on this site. These are the ones you will see:

When you submit a form we also send a server-side copy of that conversion to Meta so an ad can be credited correctly. Your email and phone number are hashed before they leave our server, so Meta receives a scrambled value it can match but not read back.
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings, and browser-level tracking protection or an ad blocker will stop most of the tags above from loading. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use the site or submit a form.
We rely on your consent for marketing messages and advertising cookies, and on the necessity of delivering the program you signed up for for everything operational. You can withdraw consent at any time using section 07.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside India. Where that happens we rely on the provider’s contractual data protection commitments.

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
Email contact@adsmentor.in from the address you used, or message the WhatsApp number you gave us, and tell us what you want done. We will act within 30 days. To stop messages immediately, reply STOP on WhatsApp.
If you are not satisfied with how we handled a request, write to our Grievance Officer at contact@adsmentor.in with Grievance in the subject line. We will acknowledge within 7 days and respond within 30. If it is still unresolved you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
This program and website are meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted their details to us, contact us and we will delete the record.
The site runs over HTTPS, form entries are stored behind authenticated access, and only the team members who need to contact you can see them. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection, but if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
We update this page when our tools or practices change. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be announced on this page before they take effect.
